Sara Bradly MA MBACP
I initially trained as a Person-Centred Counsellor at the University of East Anglia where I attained an MA in Counselling. Choosing to specialise in Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapy I later completed an additional two year training to become a Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapist and Focusing Trainer, certified by the International Focusing Institute. A desire to help children as well as adults led me to complete a PQ Diploma in Child and Adolescent Counselling and further, to complete an international training in Children Focusing to become a certified Children Focusing Trainer.
I am a registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) which is a professional body that is committed to high standards in counselling and psychotherapy, and the protection of the public. By being a registered member of this organisation I adhere to an ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy and to an accepted and approved code of conduct and accountability.
As part of my ethical commitment to delivering professional, effective and safe therapy, I engage with a minimum of 30 hours continued professional development each year, and have regular clinical supervision.
