Sara Bradly M.A MBACP
Inner Focus is the name of my Counselling and Personal Development practice. I established Inner Focus in 2013 from a sense of wanting to give back to the community and help people with their difficulties in life. As a Counsellor and Psychotherapist I am in a position where I can help others find self-compassion and self-acceptance, leading to an increased sense of wellbeing.
